Salvya Return & Exchange Guide

At Salvya, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange by following the steps below.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

For Orders from Morocco

Before Payment

Upon delivery, inspect your order before making the payment. If you notice any damage, do not accept the order.

After Payment

If you find a defect after receiving your order, you have 24 hours to contact our support team.

Valid Return Reasons

Only manufacturing defects in printing, fabric, or stitching are accepted for returns.

For Orders from Europe, USA, CCG, and Canada

Timeframe

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Keep the barcode label included with the item, as it verifies authenticity.

Custom Items

Personalized or customized items (e.g., custom patches, printed names) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

 -Step 1: Email us at contact@salvya.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
 -Step 2: We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
 -Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
 -Step 4: Once received, we will process your refund or send your new item within 7 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Exchanges: Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement within 7 business days.

4. Important Notes

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Lost Returns: Salvya is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
